Policy and Shipping Info

Since we are small company that hand crafts and hand packages all of our products, processing can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on size of order. Purchases are processed in the order it was received, so depending on where you would be on our order list would determine when your order will go out. Once product is shipped you will receive an email conformation from USPS that will include your tracking number. We ship USPS priority mail so once product is shipped it will take 3-5 business days to receive (US ORDERS ONLY)

We ship to the address on your order form so if you need to amend the address please email us in a timely manner and we’d be more than happy to correct the address for you, if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped. Once package states it has been delivered we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. 

If any products received are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within TWO DAYS after delivery date to receive a replacement product (refunds will not be given for damaged product a replacement will be sent). If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final, due to sanitary reasons products cannot be exchanged or returned.

USPS DELAYS: Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

International Shipping: At this time, we are shipping US only. This is due to increased shipping expense to ship worldwide. We are working hard to be able to offer worldwide shipping in the near future!
